MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash
10/10 Excellent
"For the price, I was really impressed with my stay. The property was extremely quiet, including at night, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful at both check-in and check-out. The kitchenette was a lifesaver and made the stay much more comfortable. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues—some hair left in the shower/on the floor and one pillow that smelled strongly of perfume—and the Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty during calls. None of these were major concerns for me given the price and the overall quality of my stay. If I needed another affordable extended stay with access to a kitchen, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Great experience. I will definitely comes back. The only negative is the check-in process. Self check-in doesn't work and the line and wait time to check-in is a bit annoying."

"The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the hotel was overbooked, which caused a lot of chaos during meal times and in common areas like the lobby and the pool."

"Clean room, friendly staff, kitchen utensils needs a little upgrade but all in all my family felt at home while being away from home."
