"Lovely hotel with excellent service."

"Everything was closed, The beds were made and that part appeared clean, but there was an old piece of pizza literally lying on the floor. We did not address this with the staff, as we struggled to find any hotel room in cincinnati for that night and this was the only one. It was overpriced to begin with, but certainly very disappointing and disgusting. Most of the amenities were closed, including the workout room and the pool as well."

"We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and...
