"Staff knocked on the door loudly at 10am waking us up and never explained why they knocked when we answered (checkout is at 12pm) then they knocked and opened our door at 11am asking when we were checking out. Disrupted our sleep."

"This was an impressive simple aparthotel. Clean. Well managed with enough basic supplies in the kitchen to be comfortable. Elevators that worked. Easy walk to the beach or the tram. I was lucky enough to have a balcony. What a treat. I would stay again."

"This is a charming hotel. Excellent location, close to promenade, lots of restaurants around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. I felt safe walking there in the evening. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it"

"Room had a bed and 1 very small table with 2 chairs. No furniture with counter tops. Only place to place items was on the floor. Also the small refrigerator was locked. Even after requesting access, no one came to unlock. Great view, crappy room, high cost."

"Gut gefallen: Ideale Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet ubd bequemes Bett + Kopfkissen. Duschgel, Shampoo, Bodylotion, kostenloses Wasser, Kaffee und Tee jeden Tag. Teilweise sehr freundliches Personal. Nicht gut gefallen: Personal teilweise uncharmant, dreckiges ungewaschenes Geschirr in der Küche, staubig, hellhörig, Frühstück nicht so gut (Obst teilweise verschimmelt oder überreif, Brötchen hart, evtl vom Vortag, kein Frischkäse, keine veganen Optionen ausser Sojamilch, warme Speisen teilweise...

"Very central, with a clean room. For the price, this is a great central location with clean, functional rooms and helpful staff. There are no in-room safes, but they do provide a kettle and toiletries. We were on the same floor as the small dining area, which wasn't a problem but could be if you are sensitive to muted noise. I would have liked an additional lock on the door as we were next to the dining facilities. For the price and location, I would stay here again."
