"The property was clean.The website was deceasive about parking, which is $55 a night about the breakfast, which is $28 extra.And it should have been a lot more clearer than it was on the website. Howe.\n Ver, the beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel is extremely huge and like a maze. You get lost easy."

"This was great place. We really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and kind. Rooms were cleaned and they smelled fresh. Breakfast was hot and coffee was available the whole day."

"It’s not at all like it used to be since the Chicago hotel group took it over. They no longer answer the phone. You have to text them and usually it takes them a long time to answer, if they do it all they no longer claim the rooms once you check in it’ll be three days before they clean a room you need to call if you need towels or anything. You cannot call the front desk. You have to text somebody and hope that they text you back in a timely fashion… Which never happened"

"The plug in the bathtub had an excesive amount of mold on it. The bathroom door top hinge was almost coming off so the door did not close properly."

"The rooms where clean and smelled nice.. No coffee in the room, however, coffee will be at the bistro 24/7. I had to ask for thrash bags because none was provided. There was a microwave but it didnt work. But overall the experience was great. Great staff 💯"

"Staff was friendly and responsive but there were too few of them. No room service unless requested, even towels being refreshed. Parking was confusing. It was not clear that parking garage fees could be charged to the room, which resulted in our paying the garage and then the hotel for the samer time period. Hotel was not helpful in resolving this double-charge."

"No pool, alot needs to be updated, noisey near elevators. Staff was great! Nice to have connected Chipotle if you don't want to venture out for food"

"The rooms felt super dated and very small. It was very underwhelming property for being an intercontinental. The bathroom was tiny, with dated tubs and curtains. The sink vanity had barely any space to put anything. Felt a bit claustrophobic in the room. The price point was not worth it at all, yes it’s on Michigan in a central location, but there are many other hotels in that area at the same price point that are nicer, cleaner and newer."

"The premium king room was amazing! Had so much space to move around and the two mirrors is a game changer for a group of girls getting ready! Would definitely stay again"
