"The breakfast was higher quality than many hotels. The location was very good. The staff tended to be unfriendly. When we wanted to go out to the patio, the staff said it was locked because of threat of rain. There was no rain. It didn't rain at all that day. They didn't offer to unlock the patio."

"The supervisor checking guests in was very overwhelmed due to being the only staff member working. There were atleast 30 people deep. I understand being overwhelmed but he could have embraced it a little more instead of being in a foul mood"
