Check in was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean with all the amenities. I had a horse trailer and there was ample places to park and move around. Affordable and great quality.

My only quibble would be that with no housekeeping planned for my stay, a toilet brush and cleaner would be a good idea. Also, there were no pans despite the provision of the hob. Otherwise, it was great. A good location and friendly, helpful staff.
