From the moment our large, multi-bus group arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness. Evelyn, Erica, Jamie, and the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly reflected the highest standard of customer service. Despite our large group and the number of rooms we reserved, the check-in process was smooth and well organized. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff also took the time to recommend local restaurants and stores, which was greatly appreciated and made our visit even more convenient.
