"It’s a very 3 star hotel: good for a brief stay, good location. Pool and hot tub were small but fine. Gym was small but also fine. The standout was the service. The room actually exceeded expectations in size and cleanliness. The TV did not work so the manager on site came to look at it and comped parking because it wasn’t fixed. It was a small gesture but it stood out to me as effluent service recovery "

"Our experience here was GREAT!!! The building is located directly on Venice Beach Boardwalk!!! When we arrived there was a line and a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it! The lady at the counter (sure wish I got her name) was super friendly! She took the time to get to know us and that it was our 15th wedding anniversary. When we got to our room the code didn’t work. We went down and let her know and she personally came up and fixed the issue. When that door opened the view took my breath away! The room itself is not fancy but has everything we needed. It’s in a great location with partying all around. That being said it is noisy at night which we didn’t mind. They provide ear plugs for a better nights sleep. I would absolutely stay here again! "
