"The location is perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. I love the art deco recreation of an exclusive 1930's hotel. The service was outstanding - the best I have experienced - ever! And room service was like the grand hotels used to be but rarely are anymore."

"Staff was friendly from the security to front desk. Room did not have a microwave but they provided one when asked. Breakfast is muffin,yogurt and fruit but they offer a menu if you want to pay for any other breakfast items. They offer several beach items to borrow which came in handy. "The space was clean, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom was outdated and very tight, and this cost some stars. The bed was also a little high, although comfortable, and something to keep in mind for people who need accommodations. There was also a metal thing at the bottom that made a loud bang when you hit it. Parking was easy and incredibly convenient if you arrived early, since it was first-come, first-served. "This small hotel was a gem. With its friendly and accommodating staff (shout out to Alphonso) and its retro/modern decor made it charming. Everything worked well and our room was perfectly clean with great beds for a great sleep! Will definitely stay here again when we visit our family nearby. 👍😊"

Car parking was a hassle as the car park is small, so limited chance of getting a space ($33 per night extra) and cars on the road have to be moved by 7am for street cleaning.
