We had not been told this in the 4 nights we stayed so that was a bit disappointing. "This is an excellent boutique hotel in a great location. I would compare to a Westin but on a smaller scale. Everything was great but a couple of the front desk folks were so friendly but not a deal breaker either. "

"Front desk staff at my check in (Teresita) was very rude and unprofessional at my check in. With a very straight face, no smiles. I’m sure it was at the end of her shift and was ready to clock out. The day receptionist (Lou) was very nice and ready to help. Overall our stay was good and Lou made it memorable."

"Really run down and dirty hotel. Completely shocked at the quality of the hotel and the money they charge. Pictures are completely misleading. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. Shower door hinges were black. Walls and chairs had disgusting stains. Tried to check out but they would not budge."
