"The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the refrigerator was not very cold, and the shower water pressure was low. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay."

"Perfect place to stay after a late-night arrival at SFO or pre-departure. The free breakfast was tasty and the outdoor patio overlooking the water was lovely. The free airport shuttle allowed us to travel back quickly to pick up our rental. Highly recommend!"

"ユニオンスクエアの近くで、観光にも飲食にもとても便利な立地。建物は古いけど、きちんとメンテナンスされていて汚いと思ったことはなかったし、むしろウォーターサーバーやただのお菓子がフロントにあって、細かい心遣いを感じました。私の部屋は空調がなくて、部屋の清掃も隔日でしたが、自分はそれでも全く問題を感じないタイプなので、とてもお値打ちだったと思います。また泊まりたいです。"

"Very cute property inside but felt a bit sketchy from the outside and reception area. It looked newly remodeled on the interior. The bed was clean and comfortable. Our room was clean and had basic necessities (ice, coffee maker, microwave). In the lobby was a self-serve coffee/hot beverage machine. We took a shuttle from the airport, which was about 30 minutes late. But the morning shuttle back to the airport was on time and efficient."
