"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."

"The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper."

"The AC in the room did not work well and never truly cooled the room, there was a strong stale/musty odor to the room, a rubbermaid container with food was left on the chair, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was 1 bath towel in the bathroom for a double queen room. Also, the restaurant/bar was not open due to liquor license issue. The room served the purpose for an overnight trip for my son's tournament, but we could've paid much less elsewhere for the same level of quality,...

"I don’t think you really want me to make a review after what those front desk clerks did. This place is a joke. If you are a traveler run! Don’t stop here! First let me say this when we arrived no rooms available granted we knew that due to the fact we arrived at 1:50 pm and most of the time check in is at 3:00 pm however we said ok we will come back after well we did and still no rooms available. Mind you the clerk asked me for my debit card when we got there at 1:50 and pre authorized my card...

"Milk was sour, not good, which is fine, room door was broke, wouldn't lock. Had to get fixed, found 2 baby cockroachs in the room. Had to have the keys fixed multiple times for no acess to our room. Staff was very friendly but the overall stay was not the greatest lol. "
