"We stayed here recently for a family wedding, and we were very pleased with our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were nice and cool and Chef Arnie was very inviting. It isn’t like a traditional hotel where there is someone at the desk 24/7, so if you’re a person who requires that kind of attentiveness, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There is a number provided for any issues that you can call, but they split their time between the hotel and the adjoining restaurant. If we were...

"If you are stopping through, its not a bad quick and easy for the cheaper than the beach view but really close for a fraction of the prices on the way to the beach its very close to everything and also the staff 5 star for charm and enthusiasm, knowledge of the area and overall helpfulness from the front desk to the housekeepers the next day... o troubles. The building needs a little love for the up keep but the rest of it for an overnight.... passing through its a quick win to save a little in...

"please DO NOT STAY there,!!there was no ice,microwave,phone,coffee pot,the towels had holes and the bed sheets were stained....the check in was as bad as the room..very rude. the toilet leaked every time you flushed it, and they only put towels on the floor. the staff knew about it and put us in the room. NO REFUND!"

"We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet. Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville."
