"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. "Amazing location. Super close to the train station and trams. It's a residential area, so definately quieter. I loved that! I saw almost no staff except for the housekeeper and the security man at night. But the instructions about checking in and out were clear and simple. Very modern apartments, very clean and new! "Staff very pleasant and helpful. Paid to upgrade to a larger room which was spacious. However, areas hadn't been cleaned (dusty/cobwebs). No toilet in main bathroom so one small toilet. No mirrors in bed room, only 1 in main bathroom for an apartment thay sleeps max 6. Decent stay but maybe a little expensive considering the above. Wouldn't say its a four star hotel"
