Everything, the room was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough. The food was fabulous as was the spa.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They helped us with directions and other information. The place was clean and comfortable, with lovely toiletries and other treats such as giant cookies! Maldron Hotel Liverpool City
Clean room good location, the only issue was the TV stopped working and the hotel saud the entire floor was habing issues with yhe TV and they were trying to rectify it but unable to do so. Not a big problem as the TV is not the main part of a hotel stay.

Ideal location for our needs. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was spotless. We didnt eat there on this occasion so cant comment on food. The small kitchenette was an added bonus with everything you needed for a short stay
