"Positives - beautiful hotel in great grounds. Had tea in the restaurant which was very good. Bed was huge. Negatives - couldn't get bath to work and my wife was kept awake during the night by noise in room next door. Use of the spa was £20 per person (which I was willing to pay) but was then told we couldn't use it until 5pm. We'd arrived at 3pm with plan to go in spa before our friends arrived later. "

"We recently stayed at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. The check-in team were super helpful and friendly, which made for a great first impression. The rooms were adequate overall, although unfortunately the heater in my room was broken, so it was a little cold during the stay. The restaurant menu offered good variety and the food quality itself was very nice. However, the service level from the team was quite poor. "Had to attempt to check in x3 times to room not being ready at 2pm - stated hotel was busy, however others being allocated rooms straight away who were on a conference. "

"Conveniently located in the centre of Sanbach with easy access to shops etc. A large free car park and EV charging were a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was weighted towards hot cooked food and the cold buffet poor, it needs more fruit, yogurt, croissants and more interesting breads."

"The hotel was clean and the room a good size. The location was great adjacent to Manchester airport. Hotel amenities were good - especially the complementary breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. "

"As usual The Bears Paw didn’t disappoint. Lovely staff, food and drink. The only down side this time as we stayed in a standard room was, it could do with a face lift. "

"We paid for an upgrade but it was a fairly standard room with a view of the car park. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, bed comfortable and an excellent power shower. Buffet style breakfast was delicious with additional items freshly prepared if requested. I would happily stay again."

"We stayed 1 night and did not use any of the facilities or eat there. The room we stayed in was great. A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again.
