A tram stop adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to the old town, significantly reducing travel time from a 25-minute walk, and also offers convenient access to the airport. Our room was unbearably hot, especially at night, and despite multiple complaints, staff repeatedly insisted there was no problem and made us feel as if we were exaggerating or lying. What made this even more frustrating is that family members staying in another room at the same hotel had no issues with their air conditioning.
