Hotel Red Roof Inn di Mount Clemens

"Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do."

"The room was dirty we are both handicapped we were put on the second floor the furthest away from the lobby then when my wife went to question about the bill she was braided by the clerk who called her everything but a white woman then later when we were trying to sleep somebody tried to walk into our room fortunately the safety lock was on but when we left I checked it and the door wasn't locked the locking mechanism wasn't working this place sucks everybody that works there should be fired...

"There was a very harsh ammonia/urine smell in our room. We asked to move and were told there were no other rooms. Booked a 2 bed and were given 1 bed. The remote control was chewed and had corroded batteries in it. Stains on sheets and towels. Floor was dirty and sticky."
