Hotel murah di Mount Cotton

"Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed. We made bookings and paid for it online too be told that's not available anymore. what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away for a engagement proposal was a complicated disaster.we were planning on having our wedding here but after our experience we will be looking elsewhere "

"Very welcoming to pets, would have been lovely if there had been an off-leash area somewhere on the property. A slightly more comprehensive range of cooking utensils and pans would also have been great. Overall, a lovely relaxing few days in a beautiful setting"

"I stayed one night prior to my flight back to the USA. My stay exceeded my expectations. It is a motel (which I prefer to a hotel) with parking in front of the room. The property has multiple access points with minimal security. It is also on the corner of two busy roads, but I felt safe. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice linens and a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked great and there were at least 20 channels on the tv. "We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)"

"Was disappointed during my last stay, and had hoped things had improved this stay. It’s obvious some renovation has happened but sadly the main building and ‘beach’ pool need a refurb. We did have some positive staff interactions but overall staff need to pay attention to detail - gardens and grounds (bottles left in flower beds, nappy on the lawn). Had to follow up on things. Still a beautiful location though."
