"To start with the staff on the phone while trying to set up an early check-in we’re inconsistent and unhelpful. Then we ended up checking in after the wedding about 9pm on Saturday, and were met with a rude (sketchy was one adjective my wife used) staff member “greeting” us at the desk. "The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced"

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me."

"Overall, our stay was great. The room and bathroom was clean. Room was a little smaller than anticipated and TV, while in a great location to the bed, did stick out a bit and could be an issue for someone over 5'5". The hallway in the upper level could use a little updating but not an issue to the room. We did not try the breakfast as we had to be at our race location before breakfast was served. I would stay again as it was in a good location. "

"We stayed here more by accident than design, having to alter our plan to stay with a local relative when we both came down with tenacious colds as soon as we arrived in Rhode Island. Kayla and Matul at the front desk were most accommodating throughout our several "add on" bookings, moving things around so we were able to stay in the same room instead of having to move within the hotel.
