"When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."

"We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely cooperative and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and having coffee available 24/7 was very much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The property is also conveniently located just 9 minutes drive from downtown Newport, with plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Nice solid stay for family vacation. Hotel has been updated well. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom huge. Nice soap and shampoo. Staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Only negatives were they charge $10 a day to park your car. The hotel is not near downtown or anything that should require a $10 a day charge for parking. Its a rural hotel not some urban area where parking is limited. Only other issue is we were on first floor and you can hear the people above you at times....

"Nice cozy place 10 min distance from Providence. Spacious and clean rooms with nice services. We had 2 queens beds that easily accommodated 3 persons. The place is quiet. In the morning, they have coffee in the lobby and pastries. There was a BBQ place just around the corner, serving southern type BBQ and it was super convenient for a quick lunch."
