"Nice location. Most of amenities were new and convenient. However, there is a staff member who was not much helpful. He was not rude, nor willing to be helpful (we checked is 5/27/26 @ 4:41 pm, just in case who was at the front desk). He gave us only one key card even after I asked 2nd one. But, we were given 2 key cards when we switched the room on the next day.

"Property was in a desent location about 10 min walk to times square & the port authority bus terminal, service was good rooms were very small but it was expected, the view from the room was okay. There's really nothing special about the rooms but price was reasonable, however I don't think i would be staying there next time since there wasn't anything that drew my attention to make me want to stay there again."
