To my surprise- I was so pleased to see the upgraded results of this hotel, since my first visit that was majorly disappointing and utterly shocking.! Hint: A Scene from the hotel in the bad section of ( Breaking Bad ) a T.V. Series.
Since then, there’s been plenty of good solid changes, to making the experience better for the guest.
Here’s The positives:
Cleaning Staff was Excellent!
The Hotel is Centrally Located- Deliveries were incredible
easy to receive.
Little to No loud noises, No issues with Pest being inside or, around the premises. Honoring The Do Not Disturb and lastly, The Continental breakfast.
The negatives:
Front desk availability.
No one was there to greet me upon arrival. I had several flight changes, which placed me at your hotel late at night.
Exhausted, I rang a bell for service, no one answered. Then called the front office, heard the phone ringing, again no one answered. Doors were locked inside the hotel. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes-before getting checked in to the hotel. There was a sign that said, I’ll be back in a few minutes.
However, when you’re running a business, it is imperative for staff to know when someone’s on the property, checking in/ out- as guest.
The Check In process was done with on a regular basis. Not feeling excited about my presents, just business in hand.
Next was the vending machine. I ordered two bottled waters, credit card was charged and NOTHING ! Got ripped off by the vending machine. Too much hassle for water!
