The front desk was absolutely horrible in checking in. Then our room had mold in the bathroom mold on the curtains. The air-conditioning did not work, and we found numerous roaches inside of the room. And there no face cloths. In the receptionist at the front desk said housekeeping was not available to give any until the morning which she never did. Outlet and towel rack ripped out of the wall please do not stay here.

Room was not cleaned adequately. Some small trash on floor; they must have used a dirty, wet rag on the stove and counter which left visible swirls; dirty bathroom sink with hair clippings all over it from a prior guest. Only reason was generous with 2 stars instead of 1 was because the bed appeared clean and was comfortable - for our one-night stay, this was most important factor.

No hot water. Broken clock. Threadbare chair. Broken staircase. Trash and used linens in the hallway. I had to wake up the front desk person asleep head down to check out who refused to give me an itemized bill until i asked a 3rd time. People spent the night in the lobby. Expedia didn't lift a finger after Red Roof sent me back to Expedia. RR and Expedia should've refunded me every dime. I have pictures of all of the above. Im still considering reviews of Expedia with photos on Yelp, Tripadviser, and Google

The only okay I gave was for the maintenance of the property, this was due to the outside of the property where the parking lot could use an update & there was some water problem where trucks were parked, so hopefully they were trying to address the issue, but giant puddles of what smelled like sewage.

This was the worst experience ever! From the time we checked in the hotel, had a horrible smell. The room ceiling was falling down, there were stains on the sheets and pillowcases as well as hair and when we asked the front desk, they said they did not have any other sheets or pillowcases they could give us. The bathroom ceiling was completely covered in mold as well as the shower. We have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel! We would’ve canceled and requested a refund, but we had nowhere else to stay and our check-in was late at night. Stay away from the establishment!

We walked into the room after checking in and walking through the unvacuumed halls and there were beetles and insects everywhere, what looked like cockroaches. We asked for a different room with was reluctantly given to us by the front desk attendant who was watching tik tok or reels on her phone while trying to assist us. The second room was no better and was infested as well. We left and and didn't stay there for the night. They cashed by incidental money of $100 and now i can't even get through to the front desk for a refund. The phone rings and nothing for 2 days now. I called Red roof inn main line and they tell me the front desk is the only one who can issue a refund. I like 6 hours away.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It looks like people live there for short stay's. The carpet smelled like mildew. It did not look save. When we came back from Walmart to get air fresheners and towels a kid was standing next to his room with his bags. And of course my room was on the opposite side. We checked in and checked out 2 hours after in same day. Booked a suite at The Marriott down the road where I felt safe. I should be able to get my refund back for not staying there at all.

When I first walked into the hotel- I immediately felt uncomfortable because their were multiple people that looked seedy sitting in the lobby. I checked in and the person by the counter informed me it would be $100 deposit for a cheap hotel room. I think it's more than A LITTLE ridiculous to charge that high a room deposit for a property that's falling apart and smelled. When I got to my room I was glad it was clean because the room REAKED of bleach and cleaning products. The a/c unit in my room barely kept my room cold for the evening and any time I walked out to my car the person at the front desk kept giving me dirty looks. Needless to say- I padlocked my door for the evening because I didn't feel safe. The hallways smelled like cigarettes even though the hotel advertised it as a non-smoking hotel. People were outside smoking in front of the doors and as a non-smoker I was inhaling second hand smoke. Needless to say- I will find other options in the future.
