"Slow check in, hole in hand towel, no wash cloth or ice machine, Room was clean but had a pungent smell. Tv had Roku but almost all in Spanish and couldn’t get to regular tv stations. No one ever answered phones for desk or housekeeping. Shower tub knob working but part missing. "

"Such a cute boutique hotel. Loved that it’s gated, felt completely safe for two females and didn’t have to worry about my car. Was able to park right infront of our room which was also nice. We were on the outside vs inside facing all of the cute stuff. I didn’t realize when booking I guess. Everything was closed when we checked in but it’s all so cute, clean, new and trendy. "
