"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"Decent enough for the night. Shower poor. Expect more for the price but rooms in Queenstown are crazy, so probably in line."

"The hotel location is readily good. Balcony view go to all view as I want, all most thing are better for me. I would like to stay this hotel for my next holiday."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful when my room wouldn't lock. They fixed it, but also offered me to switch rooms, which I did. The room was spacious and clean, but I did notice mould on the ceiling by the windows/door. The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear the traffic, other guests. Overall pleasant stay and good for the money."

"The Heartland is being renovated so from the outside it looks a little worn but the room was amazing with beautiful views across the lake . The room was spacious and heating was spot on. Would definitely stay here again"
