"This is a nice hotel and uber-convenient being ~5 minutes walking distance from Ohare (terminal 2). It has a nice restaurant, an open "sport-bar"-type area, and a very nice, "elegant" restaurant with piano player and the works. However, the MAJOR drawback of this hotel is the heating / cooling system. It is the old-fashioned typed system that loudly "clunks" on and off all of the time to heat and cool the room. to add to the misery - the heating did not work in my room and so I was cold all...

"we must have came on a bad weekend cause it seemed like everyone was in a bad mood but Gary! The hotel was overall nice shower had mutiple cracks on floor. Ac did work first so we had to switch rooms! Again overall an okay experience."

"In a good spot in the city, but there were a lot of issues- broken elevator, no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Had to switch rooms bc the mildew smell in the first was awful. Comfy beds."
