Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday."

"Lighting in the lobby was dim, entry doors smokey and key card didn't work after hours for those doors. Staff were not visible at front desk, had to ring a bell several times for service. "My room 124 looked like someone was trying to remodel but failed miserably. The light cover in the bathroom was broken and there was a sponge sitting on top of it. The toilet was inches from the wall and the seat was very loose. Also it looked like someone had capped off an old toilet between the tub and the toilet above ground. There were black spots on the mattress protector when I checked for bed bugs. My husband refused to sleep under the covers! Had everything in the area not been sold out...

"When I checked in I was required to pay a $100 refundable deposit for the room which was not in any of the emails or anything that they sent me leading up to the day of my stay. I paid the deposit in cash but everything else on my card. Once I checked out they told me that I would receive the deposit on my card within 4 days. "Our room 119 was dirty. Something liquid pooled on the desk. There was no handsoap..at the bathroom sink. The shower door was broken but did close for us. The hotel needs to be updated or remodeled. The Good news is that it was a safe hotel to spend the night and we slept well! And the best news is the buffet breakfast was exceptional!! Also, location of hotel was next door to a Cracker Barrel!!"

"Tears in the carpet, wallpaper looked like a 3 yr old put it up. Stain on the sheet. Lady couldn't even tell me the pool was out of service. Ill never waste my money here again."
