"I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Wellington! The location cannot be beat! The snacks in the room are such a nice touch! The rooms are incredibly spacious! Love having a separate shower and toilet! Easy to use entertainment! The bar at the hotel is great! The sparkling or flat water is such a small but appreciated detail on every floor! We were on the second floor and were honoured to see Viago daily. So many great dining, shopping or cultural options within walking distance!...

"Impressed. Clean, tidy and everything was in good condition. We had a two room apartment. Fully kitted out kitchen that you could actually cook a full meal in if you wanted. Good amenities like coffee, tea, hot chocolate biscuits. The slightly con, but fine. The walls are relatively thin, people next to us if noisey you can hear them. We had partying people but they stopped not too late. "

"Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again. "
