"Very disappointed. Way too many people trying to use pools and not enough chairs. Charge a resort fee and cannot even find a place to sit around any of the pools. People line up at 8am to wait for pool to open at 9am and still cannot get a chair! But yet the hotel sells day passes for other people to use their pool when they can’t even satisfy their own guests. Pool area very dirty, garbage, towels and kids bathing suits all over near garbages buried in sand. No one cleaning sand off walkways so very muddy looking everywhere. Wave pool water freezing and too many rules to enjoy the beach entrance as you are not allowed to stand there. Chairs at pool are sardined together - very bad vibe as it’s way too crowded. Fridge in room full of drinks and not allowed to remove them or you are charged. Front desk charges $35/day if you want refrigeration so personal water bottles are always warm and no where to store food. Room is crowded for a family and also snacks are weighted so if your kids pick up a snack you get billed automatically-very unfair system. Bathroom nice but no garbage in toilet room and door hinges auto close door which is annoying and not good for kids. Stayed 3 days and couldn’t use pool here so had to go to Park MGM to use their pool every day. Only perk of staying here was the $20 parking gets you into any other MGM parkade/hotel. Also staff not helpful with texting requests unlike other resorts in Vegas, long waits to check in or to get towels brought to room."
