"We were unable to stay at the property because there was a family emergency and no one there to help us check in. We did receive a sincere apology. We met a couple who stays there and they love it. There is nothing resortlike about this property. It is a motel on a busy intersection in a town with nothing to do. We stayed north at the Blue Buffalo Resort and it was fabulous!"

"Most motels built in the sixties that are still open are in pretty bad condition. The renovation of the Atomic Blue appears to have been taken down to the studs and professionally rebuilt This is a must stay place."

"Small old-school motel that is kept meticulously clean. Comfortable mattress, lots of cable TV options including local channels. A modest breakfast (no meats or eggs) but what was offered was of good quality, and the coffee was surprisingly some of the best hotel coffee I've had in years (although the pot ran out, and we couldn't find anyone around to refill it). The property is just around the corner from the old downtown area with several appealing restaurants (try the BBQ just around the...
