"Whilst the room had lingerie from the previous occupants, it didn't damper the fun. It was otherwise clean and well equipped. The microwave and mini fridge made refreshments and food a breeze before and after the concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially, the live hotel agent via computer in the lobby. I will say having a Mediterranean vibe without a pool is quite the stretch, but it worked! We found community and hung out in the lobby and patio area with new found friends(including the live agent) into the wee hours of the morning!"
"This is a really nice boutique hotel! I love the area adjacent to the lobby. It is the perfect place to sit and chat, relax, or work if you need to get out of your room. The bikes are a nice amenity for guests, and the bathrobes were also a welcome treat. We only had one minor inconvenience that the staff took care of promptly. I would definitely stay again."
"Went to the Bruno Mars concert in Santa Clara took an Uber there which was 15 minutes away which I was fine with it was a convenient location with many things around Rooms were nice and spacious clean and nice although I had an issue with Expedia. They still let me check in take care of me while we dealt with Expedia issue which I appreciated. It was just me and my daughter and initially we had two queens and they asked if a king was OK which was fine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable comfortable. Will definitely stay again."
"Hotel was quiet, clean and all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice, although the pool didn’t seem heated (I thought I saw that it was but I could be mistaken). It was still nice after being in the hot tub.
The only thing I didn’t necessarily like…the bed is rock hard. Like there is zero give to the mattress. At all. Which, after walking around San Jose all day, I didn’t feel like my body relaxed at all because the bed is so rigid. My partner didn’t mind it. He thought it was just fine. It helped that their pillows were decent.
Overall, nice hotel, good price, decent location."
"Booked a stay here for trip to take my son to see his favorite artists perform at Shoreline Amphitheater. This was one of the best stays ive had at a hotel. Rageev, Guneet and Fernanado were all amazing and helpful. This hotel has thought of everything you may need or want for a pleasant stay. At checkin we were given welcome bags that had slippers, eyemask for sleeping and a bottle of Path water and there are path refill stations. Rooms were super clean and had every hookup needed for computers or gaming consoles. Nice rabbit air filtration system as well. The windows open fully which is nice for fresh air. The bathroom has heated floors and a Japanese heated toilet seat. The shower has 3 heads. Overhead rain shower, regular wall shower head and a handheld head. Best shower ever. Nice selection of teas, coffees and snacks available free in lobby 24/7 but its the espresso/coffee machine available during breakfast that was my favorite. I've never stayed anywhere that I enjoyed the coffee available. Convenient location to Shoreline. Also there's an In N Out and corner store within a few minutes walking. We will definitely stay here again and refer friends."
