"Loved our stay here! Only here one night. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Offered a late afternoon snacks which was a nice change. Breakfast, though small was hot and fulfilling. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Nothing negative about our stay."

"Love the pool and kid pool. Did not love the fact that when I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation. The front desk person was not friendly and acted like I did not have a reservation. This is the second time this has happened at this hotel."

"The staff was very friendly. We appreciated the early breakfast hours since we had a 7:30 am appointment. The to-go bag had an apple, a pastry, and water. I should have checked to see what was in there rather than assuming. The room was clean; however, the surface of the tub was disintegrating/peeling away. It was OK for a shower, but a bath would have been out of the question."

"We experienced a flat tire while still far from the hotel, which delayed us and we did not arrive until 12:45 AM. We called in and told the desk attendant of our situation. He requested our phone number so he could call and check on our progress, which he did. When we arrived, he was very helpful and we experienced the fastest check-in we have ever had, by far. The room was dated and not particularly appealing, but everything worked and we just needed a place to stay for the rest of the night....

"It was very clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows too! Pool was small but it was still nice to have, and the hot tub was nice too. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices like fresh waffles as well as hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon and hash-browns. Plus all the other regular breakfast items. Very happy with our stay!"

"We stayed overnight on our way home. The beds were comfortable and the pillows soft. The room was clean, though I did notice the floor of the shower needed a better scrub. My only complaint was that the provided towels looked barely big enough to dry off after a shower. Other than those two things, our stay was great. Thank you!"

"Air conditioning didn’t work, had to switch rooms. Toilet set about to fall off. Had to plug coffee machine in bath outlet to get it to work. Waffle iron didn’t work at breakfast, other than that it was fair."

"As far as hotels at this price go, it is four stars. It is the only hotel in Casper at this price, so set your expectations appropriately and then be happy that the rooms are clean and the A/C works. If you are expecting turndown service and a mint on your pillow, then that is on you. "
