"3 Day stay in early September. Valet parking is busy but efficient. 90$ per day plus tax. Check in, although with a busy counter went very fast. Shout out to Abraham who was extra helpful!!! The elevators take getting used to. You need to scan your room card and get on the assigned elevator. I imagine this is necessary because of the size of the tower and capacity. We selected a city room view king. It did not disappoint! For NYC standards the room is enormous! Very clean. Bathroom. Could use a bit of maintenance. Loved the city view! Very comfy bed. Rooftop restaurant is great! Comfort food selection and an excellent bar! The location is perfect! You are 2 blocks from Penn Station and mass transit. Heart of mid town. Overall highly recommend!"
Doubletree by Hilton New York Times Square South

"Location is great! Walkable to Times Square, Broadway, the subway. The rooms (to be expected but we were still shocked) are TINY. We were there for five nights in a King room and had no place to store anything. Two women with a normal suitcase each, normal makeup and hair styling tools, and normal amount of things quickly made the small room overcrowded. The lighting was also not great, so getting ready each day was a challenge. The room was also hot. Like really, really hot. We kept the ac on 68, high fan on at all times to make it tolerable. We were not there much during the day but it wasn’t fun to come back to a hot room at night. That said, the staff was great apart from the person posted at the door selling honors points who could be a bit much everyday, the elevators always worked, and we appreciated the ice and water machine so we always had our water bottles full. I would not stay here again, but it did the trick for keeping us close to MSG for Harry Styles!"
