"My studio had two balconies, one overlooking the Gulf of Argostoli and the other looked over the beautiful swimming pool. The location was wonderful for me, it is basically in arural area with continuous birdsong and butterflies. The location makes it a very relaxing stay. The cleaning was excellent, Marianne kept my studio sparkling and she is the smiliest person. She also helped me to use the washing machine which was all in Greek. "The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "Clean spacious apartment with lovely sunny balcony. Quiet location a car is advisable. A couple of tavernas and a little supermarket within walking distance. Bed made and apartment cleaned every day, clean towels once during the week would have been appreciated. "

"No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy.
