"A very warm welcome from Dana & Christos. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, with fresh towels daily & frequent linen change. Complimentary drinks in fridge plus tea, coffee etc. Breakfasts were first class with a huge variety of food available .We also enjoyed many lovely meals in the evening & bar meals were available throughout most of the day. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "The hotel is located in a lovely little village with a harbour and lots of very good traditional restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable and all have large balconies with beautiful views across to Sami and the island of Ithaca.
