"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"This review is more about the hotel and flight than Expedia. Expedia by far had the best pricing. The hotel site was under construction which was an eyesore at best. The wallpaper was falling apart throughout most hallways and rooms. We had several issues with rooms including bugs in one room and damaged/broken bathtub in another room. Flight was cancelled causing a major disruption and extending our stay another day. Dealing with Expedia was easy and again, best priced. It is definitely noisier...

"The Shoreline offered good value and the location was convenient: 2 blocks away from most attractions/shopping on a not-so-busy street. It was clean and had a newer feel. In spite of obvious efforts & investments to create a distinct vibe, the seating, fixtures, color schemes, pool vibe weren't especially functional or relaxing. Probably too late to redecorate, but what you see on the page is what you get -- and if you're OK with that, I don't think you can go wrong booking here."

"We love this hotel! Great location and such a great vibe! Valet parking was very reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate and I loved the balcony. The kitchenette was well appointed and the mini fridge was very cold. This will be our go-to hotel in Honolulu!"

We very much enjoyed the minimalist style, and it offered the perfect balance of being close to a variety of activities and attractions, while also providing a relaxing place to unwind whenever we needed. "This property is absolutely perfect. Near so many different stores and restaurants and the walk to the beach is smooth and simple. The condo was extremely clean. The only con I have is checkout time is extremely early considering you have to clean up take trash out wash dishes power off everything.
