"I would strongly reconsider staying here based on my experience. There were multiple issues from start to finish, beginning with poor communication around key facilities. The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay. Check-in was disorganised and extremely slow, given there were so few people checking in. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!!
