"I checked in at 3 pm, 5 hours later and other couple was given the key to my room and they came in while I was there. We did get that straightened out, was an employee’s mistake. Other than the floors being dirty and microwave dirty as well, the beds were horrible, one sank in in the middle and the other, which I slept in, was so hard and lumpy I woke up aching from my neck, mid back, lower back and hips on both sides. On the plus side, my car didn’t get broken into."

"I have pondered whether or not to respond to this survey. However, you need to know this unit was the worst I have encountered since one on the Alaska Highway in the 1960s. The panorama view is spectacular, a photographer's dream. The access stairway consists of large irregular concrete blocks that led to the deck that crossed the entire front of the building. Guests in the adjoining unit had to walk past our unit to their door. This was NOT a B&B as breakfast cost $10 per person. With the...
