We arrived for 4 nights The room was not that clean There was cigarette ash and a girl's long hair We did not receive a response from the reception In general, a nice hotel, no wow, there is a good casino in the hotel And the whole complex has a strong smell of cigarettes

Clean, nice room with balcony & friendly staff, but no washing machine as listed and a few loose fixtures and fittings. Also staff will ask you to wait on check out while they check the room. A little unusual but nothing awful. Overall very good.
