Had a mishap and informed the hotel hours before checking but they refused to cooperate and refund the money The did not even offered a partial refund. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic outside the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.
