"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel property is nice but the room is a bit dated. We noted there stains on the side tables and in the sink when we checked-in. However, the staffs are friendly and very attentive. When we returned back to the hotel late morning from Ijen, the staff arranged to send breakfast to our room even before we request for it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "

"We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!"

There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. "The call to prayer sound was so loud it prevented us from resting. Moving rooms helped alittle but you can still hear ir. Ants in both rooms. Very little options for vegetarians although the dining staff are very friendly and try to accommodate. Aisha (supervisor)completely wasted so much of our time on a simple change to our reservation. Front staff dont understand English well. Manager was nice. Breakfast was pretty awful quality and mostly Indonesian. Most fried in oil or too sweet. Wouldnt stay here again. "
