The hotel was clean and nicely located near the center of the city. The staff was very friendly, especially Aleksandra.

Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München
The hotel is situated in an ideal location. The staff are friendly and work to meet your needs. The hotel rooms are a bit older and some of the amenities do not work the way they should. I would still recommend this hotel but know that there are opportunities for upgrades and improvements.
