Sr. Rafael has so much love for this property and it shows in his attention to every detail. You can't beat the location right in the heart of Merida. We will definitely be returning!"

"The place is very well located close to all the touristic attractions, bus stops, any kind of stores and a market and most importantly to the city events. The staff is friendly but make sure you understand each other well if you ask for extra cleaning. The appartment has all the minimum necessary appliances. The only missing thing is the toilet seat :) Would be great to have it installed."

"The communal areas are great but the rooms are tired and cramped. There’s not enough water pressure to wash your hair. There are robes in the wardrobe which isn’t easily accessible as a chair blocks. The robe has someone else’s possessions in the pocket so it hadn’t been washed. Overall it’s ok but the rooms need an upgrade."

"Primero queremos comenzar dando las gracias, pues el personal del hotel fue muy amable, el servicio fue excelente, el hotel muy lindo e incluso el restaurante cuenta con alimentos deliciosos. 5 estrellas en esos rubros. Sin embargo, recomendamos NO quedarse en la suite con jacuzzi, es mucho más cara y este nunca funcionó, el agua se sale por los lados y moja el piso de la habitación, nunca se llena y el personal no lo pudo reparar. Recomendamos cualquier otra habitación."
