"Alles super alt. Beschreibung online verwirrend und nicht klar beschreiben. Vor Ort bekommt man nicht das was online gebucht wurde. Ansprechpartner vor Ort super unfreundlich. Und der Hotels.de Kundenservice ist auch nicht hilfsbereit und unfreundlich. Nach einem anrufe in der Unterkunft war das Thema für Sie erledigt, danach würden meine Fragen und Anregungen mit standard Floskeln abgegolten. Ich kann wirklich nicht verstehen warum diese Unterkunft eine "hervorragende" Bewertung hat. "
