"Location is perfect. It was the best priced hotel that was nice out of dozens I looked at. Restaurant and bar in the hotel. We got back from a concert at 11 and all of the elevators were not working. There was 100-150+ people in line for an hour waiting. My mother had 3 knee surgeries. "I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"
