"Room was incredibly clean and staff were kind. Mountain View was beautiful. However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. Our heater didn’t work but they were kind to offer transferring to the partner hotel. Breakfast was included too which was nice. Location also was 3 min away from the cable car which came in handy- I also appreciated the grocery store being right across from the...

"This is a nice, old-fashioned, family-run hotel close by the lake shore, and about ten minutes walk from the rail stations and boat pier.
Staff were nice and friendly and the hotel is clean, and quite basic - there was a good breakfast. A good option for anyone who wants a simple stay."

"An amazing room with a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Anca was especially helpful.
Super convenient to gondola for incredible views and hikes.
Breakfast was included and very good. Definitely would stay here again!"

"It was a lovely experience. When staff realized that we were booked into a double room at the end of a steep staircase, they offered us a triple room on the second floor. For our hikes, we could use hiking sticks that were there for the guests to use. My wife could even use a pair of spikes. The food was wonderful prepared with love, and we had nice conversations. "
