"Murren was loveliest swiss village with the most incredible views of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains. Lots to do nearby and easy transportation to/from everything in the region. This hotel is designed in very good taste, food is outstanding, staff friendly and the room was great. You can’t go wrong here. We stayed in a Senior Suite with our 2 children (2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus living area)."

"The room was cute and cabin-like however the bedding was terrible, as during the night it would fall to the floor and the so called pillow was hard to describe, flat as a pancake and lumpy, certainly not comfortable.
There was no fridge nor kettle which should be standard in hotel units."

"This hotel and our room and their service was impeccable. So impressed with every detail of every area, including our room. Unbelievable view from our room. After 5 weeks in Europe, this hotel is at the very top. Husband and wife owners are totally committed to their guests. Wow!
The included breakfast was the best ever. The food and service and view at the restaurant were also top notch."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was immaculate. We had a view of Brienz lake and it was breathtaking. I would love to stay here again in the future."
