"The lady working the bar was very nice. Our room had the tub water running and we couldn’t turn it off. Stain on bedroom ceiling. Received bad directions to our room and the reception was not very helpful. People partying outside late. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. In a pinch, it’s ok but will find another when we return to the Lamp Theater."

"The hotel is basic without many amenities but the room was clean, the staff friendly and the prize was great. We were heading home to New Jersey and the price and cleanliness allowed us to stay 2 nights and avoid Monday's holiday traffic and get home leisurely without stress"

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "The hotel filled the need of a brief stop for sleep. The breakfast room had an odor that was not pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t very tasty and the coffee tasted water down. The room was adequate."

"Paid $120+ for the room for one night, and it was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at in my life. My stay only lasted 6 hours because I was so grossed out. The toilet had pubic hairs on/in it, as well as easily removable stains, and even feces/urine on the seat. The shower/tub was filled with easily removable stains and hair from a prior guest. The bed had hair from a prior guest in it as well. There was some kind of pile of beads ( scented beads?) on the floor. Very obvious they don't clean the...

"This facility was noisy. Everything above and near the room could be heard, ice machine particularly, occupants in the above room was very easily heard walking around. The room was clean and lots of hot water and good water pressure."
