"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "

"The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. "Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"
